going to give this a guess:

are you talking about the ? sandstone" Wheel that sits in the middle of the street on the far end of main past the 2nd st/main intersection. Isn't it a large grind stone wheel? I know I have read about it in one of my coshocton history books......FYI there used to be a very old book at the library from the 1800's to the 30's that was great with coshocton history, unsure if it is still there.
