| I had a two day advance warning that my mother in law was coming to visit! I love her to bits but two days is not much time! And I'm a packrat for catalogs and paper things .... I keep them around because I might want to order something someday ..... pretty pictures! LOL We're putting in a storage building next week and lots of stuff was sitting out that will be moved (her trip was supposed to be early next month) so all that stuff had to go somewhere suddenly ......... I'm glad she never looked in the basement sideroom! What a mess! I had ordered curtains (thermal ones to help with the cold weather coming) for the kids rooms - they have really thin curtains and they look tacky. The new curtains got here yesterday afternoon as MIL was leaving! Oh well. At least this winter the kids rooms will be warmer! Hubby got sick the day before his mom got here so he was miserable. But all is back to near normal now! The storage building will go up on hubbys next break (I hope)! My pawpaw trees arrived yesterday and they are good looking little trees! Today they will be planted! Still have a pair of peach trees on the way ..... unless they backorder them too. But I should be around more now! _________________ "Political tags - such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth - are never basic criteria. | Our government just makes me sick. The mafia in taxpayer funded suits. Hubby wants to join facebook. I'm leary. How is it for security? _________________ "Political tags - such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth - are never basic criteria. | Not sure. But what is safe nowdays? I saw the Obit for that 49 year old today. I don't know the guy but it made me cry. How long before someone makes Coshocton clean up the problem. EPA needs to come in here and see why we have so much cancer in this town. Since my husband moved into this shit hole of a town, he was be fighting two kinds of cancer. You read all to often about young people losing their life to cancer. I think I will go to the next town meeting, anyone know when and where I need to go to voice my concern about cancer rates in this town? I have been be involved in local stuff, but after reading about this young man and others I WANT TO KNOW WHY? I WANT TO GET INVOLVED. I can no longer sit by and read these obits and stay a sleeping sheep any longer. I have children who live in this town. Are we living in another love Canal? |

| City Council meets the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 7:30 PM in Council chambers, Coshocton City Hall, unless otherwise announced. Is this correct? Is this where I start? I have a audition Monday the 21 at 7, but I will go after, anyone want to go with me and talk about the cancer rates or anything else on your mind, we can no longer sit by. Cancer, jobs loss, taxes, levies. |

| I'm not sure when the dates or time are. Be sure to wear high boots so you can wade through the bs if you go! Did everyone get some much needed rain this morning? We didn't get much but any rain is better than none! The creek is really low. Everyone ready for winter? Its coming!!!! _________________ "Political tags - such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth - are never basic criteria. We've got nothing but rain every single day for two weeks striaght now! Flash floods all over the place! Strange how different the weather can go from one extreme to another in such a short distance.

| We had more rain this morning. A nice downpour of about thirty minutes! Speedy .... winter is the time of year when all of us switch from complaining about being too warm to complaining about being frozen! LOL You warm-land people need to come up and visit! Don't you miss the snow and ice you get to scrap off your car windshield? The slick sidewalks and falling on your ass at one end of the driveway and sliding to the other end? Come on dude ... ya gotta miss this stuff! It dropped down to 70 degrees two days ago because of rain all day long. My girlfriend was freezing... said it was too cold! Brrrr....
I'm thinking of bringing her up to Ohio at Christmas... boy is she in for a shock! I hope it's asshole deep in snow that week just so I can show her what an Ohio winter and cold really is. |

I don't mis those boating flood days at all... especially the winter ones when you had to keep busting through the ice... and at 4:00am! Ugh! What a nightmare that was! It's a wonder no one ever fell in and froze to death or drowned - especially the 24-7 drunk-ass neighbors! LOL
But I can still go boating whenever I want to... I have my own private 4 acre lake right beside the house - and it is slap full of fish! (slap full is a southern thing - they're rubbing off down here) I just don't ever have to worry about the nightmare of road being flooded out anymore. |
